Hip hop mogul Jay-Z inks deal with Pharrell to expand his fashion empire by partnering with Williams on Billionaire Boys Club, giving Rocawear the licensing rights. Pharell Williams, who started BBC in 2005 along with Nigo of Bape, will continue to work with Jay-Z on the line. The licensing deal does not, however, mean that BBC will begin to be sold in department stores, as is Rocawear.
